ZACH ERNST: Known to let guitar solo's go on a little too long. Having played with acts like Jesse Hanson and the Foundation, Adam Sickler, Backwards Dancer and Tenacious Floyd, Zach has become a seasoned guitar player and performer over the years. Chris and Zach have been playing music together for almost 10 years, with Simmer Down being the most recent home for their sound.

CHRIS JOST: Serial heckler for Zach's terrible jokes. With a history of playing with several cover bands such as Waking the Neighbors and The Cover Up, as well as original acts like Jesse Hanson and the Foundation and Adam Sickler, Chris has been honing his drum chops in front of crowds for well over a decade.
JAMES HENDERSON: The final leg of the Simmer Down tripod. A former Marine, James was given his first bass in 2017 by his father, blues guitarist Pete Henderson, and has been getting butts on the dance floor ever since. He has played with Racky Thomas, the Lights Out Blues Band, and Last Call Radio.
